He holds a Ph.D. in Cyber Security from Lincoln University, Malaysia, and numerous global certifications, including CISA, CEH, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. As Professor and Director of IT at Texas College of Management and IT, Nepal, he has led major cybersecurity initiatives, published several Scopus-indexed papers, and presented at international conferences.
