Dr. Santosh Antarlal Marwadikumbhar is a distinguished academician with over 18 years of teaching and research experience in the fields of Accountancy, Costing, and Human Resource Management. Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Accountancy, Business Law Human Resource Management and the Ph.D. Research Centre. He is In- charge of NSS Department also. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), along with M.Com., M.Phil., and dual eligibility in NET (JRF) and SET. Dr. Marwadikumbhar specializes in subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Financial Management and Capital Markets and has been a committed educator at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His scholarly contributions span multiple UGC CARE journals and international conferences, with recent publications addressing contemporary topics like cloud accounting, whistle-blowing mechanisms, gender diversity, and employer satisfaction in recruitment outcomes. His research interests include Leadership, Innovation, AI, Social Networks, and Organizational Behaviour. He has actively participated in faculty development programs and refresher courses on innovative pedagogy, e-content delivery, and higher education governance. Dr. Marwadikumbhar also holds key academic-administrative roles, being a member of statutory and academic committees, including examination boards and curriculum development panels. A proponent of digital learning, he is proficient in tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot, Genially, and virtual conferencing platforms.
