Biography

Chidiamara is currently a member of the Academic staff involved in teaching and research in MOUAU. She has interest in developing and improving new products (New Product Development) from underutilized local food crops. Notably, she was able to develop and optimize an extruded snack from one of the underutilized legumes (black-eyed beans) during her MSc using Response SurfaceMethodology; she is hoping to continue with this research in her PhD.
