Dr. Marvin C. Lofranco, is a distinguished educator, researcher, and academic leader whose contributions continue to shape the landscape of Philippine education. He is currently pursuing his second doctoral degree, the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Management, having already earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the same field. In addition, he holds a Master of Arts in Education major in Teaching Social Studies, and a Bachelor of Secondary Education- Social Studies from esteemed institutions. Serving as College Professor I and Senior High School Principal at the University of Mindanao Panabo College, Dr. Lofranco exemplifies a steadfast commitment to academic excellence and transformative leadership. His research has garnered international recognition through numerous presentations and peer-reviewed publications. He also serves as a Scientific Committee Member and journal reviewer, further contributing to the advancement of scholarly work in education.
