Associate Professor of Informatics with approx 20 years of teaching and research experience at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” and other European institutions, I have developed extensive expertise in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, and informatics applications. My academic background includes a PhD in Informatics (University of Tirana, 2013) and a strong record of publications in Scopus-indexed journals such as Informatica, Geographia Technica, and Journal of Ecological Engineering. I have also presented at numerous international conferences and actively contributed to European collaborations through Erasmus+ mobility and research projects.
