Before graduate school, Lovelyn built a career in banking operations and credit risk management, leading digital process innovations and operational improvement projects that enhanced efficiency and customer experience. Her current interests lie in advancing agile, technology-enabled logistics systems that balance profitability with sustainability in emerging and developed markets alike.
