With two decades of experience as a dedicated nurse educator, I am Divya Raghavan, deeply committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Currently a Lecturer at the College of Nursing, Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman, my responsibilities include clinical teaching, evaluation, nursing research, and evidence- based education. I take pride in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals. My journey also includes roles as a Learning and Development Manager at Diabetacare Wellness Private Limited and a Lecturer at M S Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education and Research. Throughout my career, I’ve achieved milestones in simulation-based education, published in peer-reviewed journals, and integrated active learning in clinical teaching. Driven by a commitment to creating intellectually stimulating environments, I empower nurses and educators. As a midwife, my participation in various Research Congress has been particularly rewarding. I have had the privilege of presenting papers at various venues, sharing insights and experiences from the field of midwifery. These opportunities have not only allowed me to contribute to the broader discourse within the Nursing community but have also facilitated the exchange of knowledge and best practices among fellow midwives and nursing professionals.
