Dr. Md Asif Amin is a researcher specializing in single-molecule spectroscopy, protein folding dynamics, and nanomaterials for biomedical applications. He qualified the CSIR-NET (Rank 74, 2013) and GATE (Rank 100, 2014) examinations and received several prestigious awards, including the INSPIRE Scholarship from the Government of India and the Indian Academy of Sciences Summer Research Fellowship. His research focuses on fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, single-molecule FRET, time-resolved confocal microscopy, and noble metal nanoclusters for cancer imaging and drug delivery. He is skilled in TCSPC, FLIM, and transient absorption spectroscopy, with experience in computational chemistry and molecular dynamics. He is a life member of the Indian Society for Radiation and Photochemical Sciences.
