I am Dr. P. Shahanaz, Head of the Department of English at St. Joseph’s Degree and PG College, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. With over 25 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, I specialize in English Literature, Communication Skills, and Soft skills development. I hold a Ph.D. in English Literature from Rayalaseema University and am an AP-SET qualified educator.I have made significant contributions to academic research, with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals focusing on marginalized voices, diasporic literature, and the role of ethics in higher education. Additionally, I have authored academic textbooks for APSHE programs and bring extensive expertise in paper setting, thesis adjudication, and reviewing for both national and international journals, Apart from this Playing the role of an Editor in the National Journal. As a lifetime member of AIFEST, I actively engage myself in workshops, seminars, and community initiatives aimed at promoting social awareness being a Nodal Officer in the Youth Red Cross and professional ethics, further enriching the academic and social impact of my work.
