Biography
Atty. Sinco is a practicing lawyer and a college professor for 13 years teaching social science, political science and foreign service major subjects. He was the former academic supervisor of the Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service Program in University of San Agustin where he is a graduate. His research interests are about Philippine politics, military affairs, politics and governance, and international relations.
