Biography
Abdulrasaq Ajadi ISHOLA is an academic staff in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Ishola has taught and supervised several undergraduate students in the Department for almost a decade. He is the Editorial Secretary of the Ilorin Journal of Administration and Development (IJAD), a journal of the Department. He has also been involved in various committees and served as the faculty of management sciences representative at various committees. His research interests include e-Public Service Delivery, ICT use in Election Administration, and New Public Management. Ishola is well-published in local, national, and international publication outlets of reputable standards. He has equally attended and presented papers at several local and national conferences in Nigeria. Before joining the service of the university, Ishola has worked in the banking and education sector, and this has given him the prerequisite exposure to practical organisational management.
