Adeboye Titus Ayinde is a Professor of Industrial/Organizational and Occupational Psychology at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Psychology, Master of Science in Psychology and PhD in Psychology, he has published extensively in peer-review journals in addition to chapters in books and conference proceedings. Prof. Ayinde was a Visiting Lecturer to Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Nigeria, and an Alumnus of Advance Research Training Seminar (ARTS) held in the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa by International Union of Psychological Science (IUpsyS). He is a Recipient of Obafemi Awolowo University, Research Grants for Ph.D. Thesis, International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) Scholarship Award to participate in Advanced Research Training Seminar, Carnegie Travel Grants to attend 30th International Congress of Psychology in Cape Town, South Africa and TETFUND Travel Grants to attend Global Symposium Psychology Professionals in Riverside, Los Angeles U.S.A. Prof. Ayinde is a Member of the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), Foundational full Member, Nigerian Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (NAIOP), Graduate Affiliate, American Psychological Society (APS), International Affiliate, American Psychological Association (APA), Member, International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS), Member, Employee Assistance Professional Association of Nigeria (EAPAN). Prof. Ayinde is on the Editorial Board of a number of academic journals within and outside Africa and External Examiner to the Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. An External Moderator of Undergraduate Examination for University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, Redeemer University, Ede, Osun State, Nigeria and Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. Prof. Ayinde has quite an impressive administrative experience within the University System, he has been Departmental Examination Officer; Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies; Member of various Faculty’s Committees, Dean’s Representative at various Boards of Cognate Faculties, Chairman Local Organizing Committee (LOC) Departmental 40th Anniversary, Member of Senate and Head, Department of Psychology, Faculty of the Social Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, gardening, and watching football, especially when he can do those things with his family and friends.
