Graduate of Psychology from The University of Ibadan, MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos and PhD in industrial and Organisational Psychology.Married with 3 children and have attended many National and International conferences. Written and published 3 books with over 21 articles in reputable journals.I also taught as an adjunct lecturer at Chrisland University and Atiba University all in Nigeria. Iam also an online facilitator with the Distance learning centre,in the University of Ibadan Nigeria.
