Dr. Aditi Sindhu is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at S.B.D. P.G. College, Dhampur, Bijnor, U.P., with over 15 years of academic and research experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Botany from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, with her research focusing on the effects of Neem (Azadirachta indica) on crop and weed performance, reflecting her deep expertise in plant biology and sustainable environmental practices.
Dr. Sindhu’s notable contributions include numerous research papers addressing critical issues in environmental protection, solid waste management, and the intersection of artificial intelligence with plant phenotyping. Her scholarly work has been published in esteemed journals such as The Research Dialogue, International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts, and International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews.
Beyond her research, Dr. Sindhu is actively involved in academic leadership and community engagement. She has served as Head of the Botany Department, founded an Eco Club to promote environmental awareness, and contributed as a member of various college committees focused on discipline, counseling, and skill development. She is also recognized for her dedication to women’s empowerment, youth leadership, and environmental education.
