Aileen D. Tacbalan is an assistant professor at Eastern Visayas State University. Aside from being a faculty member, she was designated to different administrative offices as the head of the unit, performing and managing the different administrative functions and responsibilities. She organized a Farmers Association in a rural community. For her tremendous knowledge of research, she has published four research articles in different reputable research journals. She is a simple person with a kind heart for the poor in rural areas.
