DR. AMELIE LATOG CHICO, finished her Doctorate degree in Management (Doctor of Management) at Liceo de Cagayan University, Pelaez Street Cagayan de Oro City and her Masteral Degree in Management major in Human Resource Management at UM TAGUM College. She finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Management at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT). As the former Program Chair for the College of the Business Administration Education in (Human Resource Management Program) in the different campuses: UM Tagum College and University of Mindanao Main-Campus respectively, she shares her expertise in the field of business and research not only to the students but also to the program as a whole. Her accomplishments as former Research Coordinator (RPPC-UM PANABO COLLEGE) brings honor to the University of Mindanao where she published and presented researches in the International Arena. She is also the Editor-on-Chief of the College Journal “TINUBDAN” with 11 volumes and compendium of abstracts. She is currently an affiliate organization committee of BZT ACADEMY in Turkiye, Moderating International Academic Research Congresses in the following countries: Turkiye, Algeria, Albania, Azerbaijan, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Uzbekistan and United States of America. Recently, she was invited to be the “Keynote Speaker” empowering student by setting the tone to the research participants by “MAINTAINING MOTIVATION” with SSC METHOD (key words that can help them START/STOP/CONTINUE) during the 7th INTERNATIONAL NEW YORK ACADEMIC RESEARCH CONGRESS ON HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES. (New York, Albany) Dr. Amelie L. Chico is the author of the book entitled “Good Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility” published last 2015 and Cooperative Management published 2019, respectively. She has been an advocate for Research, Human Resource Specialist and former National Secretary of the Council of Management Educators and Practitioners in the Philippines and now and active member (VICE PRESIDENT) PMAP (PEOPLE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.)
