Biography

Dr. Amit Bijon Dutta is an accomplished civil engineer, project manager, and academic author with extensive expertise in EPC civil projects, structural design, and risk management. He serves as General Manager – Civil at Mecgale Pneumatics Pvt. Ltd., leading large-scale industrial projects and ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Dr. Dutta holds a Ph.D. in Project Risk Management and multiple advanced degrees in civil engineering, project management, and computing. He has authored seven books, published over 30 technical articles, and earned international recognition for photography. A Chartered Engineer and PMI member, he combines technical excellence with leadership, research, and creative pursuits.
