I attained my PhD in Philosophy in January 2005 from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. From 2006-2011 May, I was a full time lecturer at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in the department of philosophy and also an adjunct lecturer at Tangaza University College, a constituent college of the catholic University of Eastern Africa and also at the Consolata Institute of Philosophy, Nairobi Kenya. From May 2011 to date, I have been teaching at the South Eastern Kenya University, a public chartered University in Kitui, Kenya. I have served as the Examinations and Timetabling Coordinator, the head of the department as well as the Dean of School of Humanities and Social Science at South Eastern Kenya University. I have published quite a number of articles in Peer Reviewed Journals with tiles like, ethics and educational curriculum in Africa, The relevance of philosophy to education, Philosophical understanding and its role in other fields of study, The role of philosophy in the fight against corruption etc.
