Dr. Archana M Kinagi is currently working as an Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of MBA (Exclusively for Women) in Sharnbavsa University Kalaburagi. She possesses 12 years of teaching experience and 1 year of corporate experience. She has passed Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) from University of Mysore. She was awarded with PhD, completed MBA in HR specialization and B.E in E & CE from VTU, Belagavi. She has published and presented several research articles in National & International journals and Conferences, and guided more than 50 MBA projects. She has taught various HR subjects for both Visvesvaraya Technological University and Sharnbasva University. She has published a book “Recruitment & Selection” and “Business Communication”.
