Dr. Arti Kundan is a distinguished academician and accomplished professional with a strong foundation in management, human resources, and business administration. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) and a minor in Marketing, and has earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Jammu. She is also UGC-NET qualified in Management and possesses a three-year diploma in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic. With over a decade of diverse teaching and professional experience, Dr. Kundan has served in several reputed institutions. She taught for five years in the BBA Department at GDC Boys, Udhampur, and for two and a half years in the HRM and OB Department at Central University of Jammu. She has also contributed her expertise at Govt. SPMR College of Commerce and gained corporate exposure through her role as an Operation Assistant at Karvy Mutual Fund. Her academic contributions include seven research publications in UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed international journals. She has presented multiple papers at both national and international conferences, reflecting her deep commitment to research and academic discourse. Currently, Dr. Kundan is serving as an Academic Counselor in Management at IGNOU and also works as an online independent contractor in Business Administration at Eton College, Vancouver, Canada.
