I am Berka Sakwe Tah Delphine.I have done Ph.D. in Educational Administration.Senior Lecturer , Educational Foundations and Administration.I am Dr Berka Delphine Tah, a lecturer attached to the University of Buea Cameroon, Serving in the Department of Educational Foundations and Administration, Faculty of Education. I am self-motivated, proactive, flexible impartial, honest and competent in solving problems under pressure. With a reputation for academic and research excellence, I am exposed to a vigorous research community which has allowed for tremendous cross-fertilization of ideas amongst faculty members. My research interest spans; Quality Assurance, Development frameworks, Aid modalities and educational planning/ policies, Employability skills, Academia-industry collaboration, Leadership in Education and Educational Assessment .I have published a couple of articles in the above areas and still counting. I am a member of the following Associations; The International Academic Forum (IAFOR), Association for Educational Assessment in Africa (AEAA), All African Universities (AAU), Participate for global Educators, PROSCI and the Change Management Center USA, International Association For Cross Cultural Psychology (IACCP) and an active reviewer in the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS). Above all, i have a self-initiative to attain individual and organizational goals and objectives, excellent communication and negotiation skills (oral/written) and cultural sensitivity.
