I was born on 24th December, 1982 in Lagos, Nigeria. I had my first degree in Mathematics from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi after which I obtained an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Jos, Nigeria. Due to my long time desire to be a financial expert, I obtained another MSc in Financial Statistics from the University of Manchester. I rounded up with a PhD in Statistics from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi. I have since 2008 been a lecturer and researcher with the Nasarawa State University, Keffi where I am currently a Senior Lecturer.
