Dr. Clemence Zite Kouhomou Epse Atouba is an accomplished economist and educator with a Ph.D. in Mathematical Economics. I have extensive teaching experience, including my current role as a data analysis lecturer at the Catholic University of Central Africa and prior engagements in statistics, probability, and macroeconomics at institutions such as the Pan-African Institute for Development. I am an active researcher, contributing to numerous publications on decentralization, Poverty, welfare and Energy resources. I have also participated in impactful projects such as the SCORECARD Satisfaction Survey and the implementation of Local Development Plans in Cameroon. Combining academic rigor with practical expertise, I am dedicated to advancing economic research and fostering community development.
