Dr Daniel Letsoalo is an Alumni of the University of Limpopo and a South African born Clinical Psychologist (registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa), a former Lecturer at the North-West University and currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He holds B.A Social Sciences with Criminology and Psychology as majors, B.A. Honours (Psychology), M.A. in Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD). He has experience in clinical practice where he was involved in the rehabilitation of people suffering from various psychological conditions and training of community service Clinical Psychologists. He also has experience in research and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Advanced Research in Women Studies (JARWS). His areas of interest are Neuropsychology, Mental Health, Indigenous Knowledge Systems, and Sexuality. He has also been involved in community projects and has also been on multiple radio stations (i.e., Radio 786, CII radio, Cape Talk) and television channel(s) (i.e., SABC) in South Africa where issues of mental health were discussed.
