Doctor
Didace Ndahimana is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, where he teaches at both the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Science (CAFF) and the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS).
He holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition from Gangneung-Wonju National University in South Korea, awarded in 2018.
Ndahimana has been actively involved in teaching various courses in the field of human nutrition at the University of Rwanda.
His research interests include assessing nutrient and energy requirements across different population groups, and contributing to nutrition and food security by formulating nutrient-rich foods to combat malnutrition and reduce postharvest losses.
