Ebiye Charles, born in Zaria, is an educator and researcher with a strong academic and professional background in Economics and Measurement and Evaluation. He obtained his B.Ed. in Economics from the University of Ibadan, after which he pursued advanced studies, earning both M.Ed. and Ph.D. degrees in Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Benin and Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, respectively. Michael began his professional career at Peaceland College of Education, Degema Study Centre, Rivers State. He later joined the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), where he serves in the Research and Programme Development Unit. In this role, he is responsible for data collection, data analysis, and conducting research that supports evidence-based interventions, policy formulation and programme planning. His work contributes to national efforts aimed at understanding trafficking patterns and improving response strategies.
