Dr. Echo Orinya Christopher is a scholar and researcher currently serving as a faculty member at Benue State University, Makurdi. With over five years of experience, he holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc., and is pursuing a Ph.D. His research spans work-life balance, corporate culture, organizational performance, knowledge management, corporate governance, and innovation in various industries, including banking and manufacturing. Dr. Christopher’s work focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness through leadership, manpower development, and management information systems, contributing to academia and industry.
