Dr. Umoh, Edet Okon, is a Director of Nursing Services at Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Calabar. He obtained his PGD education from National Open University of Nigeria and PhDN from University of central Nicaragua. He has published nearly 20 articles in various International Journals and have supervised more than 30 articles.
