After my college education, I trained as a Psychiatric Nurse and practiced for a few years before proceeding to study psychology at the University of Jos, Nigeria. Upon graduation with a BSc in Psychology, I attended the University of Nigeria where I obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. Years after, in my continuous quest to gain advanced knowledge in the science and practice of Clinical Psychology, I undertook a doctoral programme at the Nasarawa State University, Keffi-Nigeria, and graduated in record time. My entire career life spanning over 25 years has been dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through professional practice and research.
