Dr. Esther Abosede Ogbonnaya is a Professor and a Facilitator at National Open University of Nigeria. she obtained Ph.D. Library and Information Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2015). She has about 22 years of teaching experience and have Published many article in various national and international Journals. She has worked as a Teacher/instructor, administrator and a librarian with the Nigerian Navy.
