Dr. Francis Oguya is a Senior Lecturer, Epidemiologist and biostatistician with over thirty years of experience in the field of biomedical and health-related research. He has held senior management positions in biomedical research institutions and is an international consultant who has supported governments in over 10 countries in Africa particularly in developing policy and strategies for the support, prevention, and management of HIV and AIDS. He has consulted for various UN agencies, the Global Fund, World Bank, and local and international civil society organisations.
