I am a leadership and management consultant with over 15 years of experience driving strategic growth and organisational transformation across public and private sectors in Tanzania. Currently, I serve as the Executive Director of the Tea Research Institute of Tanzania and as a Management Consultant at DFC, an audit and consulting firm based in Dar es Salaam.
Certified as a Human Resource Analyst (CHRA) and ISO 9001/19011 Lead Auditor, I specialise in strategic management, quality management systems, leadership, human capital development, and organisational performance. I contribute to academia by reviewing peer-reviewed journal articles and supervising PhD candidates in business management at various Tanzanian universities.
My background includes executive roles in HR, administration, procurement, and strategic management, with published research in strategic management, employee training, employee adaptability, employee morale, and goal setting. I am also the author of the Book “Beyond the Strategic Plan: Driving Excellence in Public Service”. I hold a PhD in Business Management, Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
