Since 2004, she has accumulated almost two decades of experience in counseling, Teaching, Training, and Development within the education management industry. Her demonstrated history of working with UG, PG students, and professionals ranging from academia to corporate reflects her commitment to enhancing the overall communication competence of individuals and teams.
With a background in doctoral research in Indo-American Diaspora, she possesses a deep understanding of audience analysis and excels in Identity Crisis Management skills.
She holds certifications as a soft skills trainer from IIT Kanpur and Infosys Pvt Ltd, along with communication and leadership certifications from Toastmasters International, enhancing her credentials in delivering impactful training
Her active membership in prestigious organizations like ISTE, ISC, IEEE, MELUS-MELOW, InnerWheel coupled with her role as an Area Director at Toastmasters International, has greatly enriched her leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Her unwavering commitment to excellence is evident through numerous achievements, including the successful organization of Faculty/Student/Employee Development Programs at college and school levels, National/International Seminars and Conferences on communication and soft skills, as well as Workshops and Talks at various corporate houses.
Through her visits to numerous schools, degree colleges, chartered accountants institutions and engineering colleges to conduct workshops on pronunciation, communication, and soft skills, she recognized the pressing need for students to develop these skills from an early stage. Understanding that unlearning is often more challenging than learning, she made the bold decision to leave her 18-year role as an associate professor at a renowned engineering college in town. This leap allowed her to fully dedicate herself to her training venture Speakette: The Speaking and Etiquette School, where she aims to empower individuals to become eloquent communicators.
