With overall work experience of 26 years in various corporates which includes over 10 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level universities. Assistant Professor (Sociology) & Interim HoD: Department of Humanities, College of Arts and Humanities, A’ Sharqiyah University, Ibra, Sultanate of Oman. As Academician: Currently teaching Sociology, Introduction to Logic (Philosophy), Professional Ethics Courses for Diploma / Undergraduate students at the University. As well as, active in various University / College level committees, Academic Advising, Community service, Quality Service and Professional Development activities. Departmental responsibilities include curriculum development, leadership, strategic and financial planning, review of faculty performance, implementation / follow-up of all academic policies, research, service to the local community liaison, and creating an atmosphere to scholarly pursuits.
