I am Dr. Hemant Kumar Watts, serving as Assistant Professor and Assistant Director (Training & Placement) at Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, Punjab. I am associated with the Faculty of Management and Commerce, where I contribute to academic development, student mentorship, and strengthening industry-academia partnerships. My research interests include financial inclusion, banking, finance, artificial intelligence, economics, and statistics. I have authored more than 12 research papers published in reputed national and international journals and have presented over 15 research papers at international conferences. I am also the author of the following academic books: • Fundamentals of Management (co-authored with Poonam Arya, Kalyani Publishers) • Organisational Behaviour and Personality Development (for ICAR students) • Organisational Behaviour (designed for Punjabi University, Patiala) In recognition of my academic and research contributions, I have received several awards, including an Award of Honour at a national seminar on cooperatives for my insights into Punjab’s economic development. I continue to engage actively in research, curriculum design, and student-centric learning with a focus on practical and socially relevant outcomes.
