I studied at Kailutha Primary School in Muthara, Meru and went to Meru School for secondary education. I did my BED Science, MED and PhD at Kenyatta University. I’ve taught at Meru Universality of Science and Technology since 2009 rising to a senior lecturer. in 2012 I initiated the Department of Education Sconce that grew to School of Education. In 2019 I was appointed the Second Dean of the School of Education where I completed my term of 4 years in May 2023. Immediately I was appointed the Director Quality Assurance and Career Services in the University. I’m forward looking and self driven in my activities. i conduct research besides teaching Undergraduates and post graduate students. I’m interested in trends of education that are impactful in the world. in 2021/2022 while serving as a Dean School of Education I won a scholarship with DAAD where I was trained online on higher education management by Osnabruck University in Germany with a team of deans form selected universities in Africa. I’m a reviewer with two international peer referred journals.
