Dr. Isaac Mepenedo is an experienced education professional whose career demonstrates a sustained commitment to teaching, leadership, and educational development. He began his journey at Wiawso College of Education and spent eight years as a classroom teacher before becoming a Basic School Headteacher, gaining valuable experience in school administration. Since 2011, he has served at the Municipal Education Office in several key roles, including School Improvement Support Officer, Training Officer, and Coordinator for Basic and Second Cycle Schools, later advancing to Educational Planning Officer and currently serving as Head of the Inspectorate Unit. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership from the University of Cape Coast. His research and professional interests span educational leadership and management, instructional leadership, teacher education, adolescent education and mental health, and school improvement, reflecting a strong integration of empirical insight, administrative expertise, and a commitment to evidence-based educational advancement.
