Dr. Jeesha Boyat is an accomplished academician and researcher specializing in human resource management and organizational behavior. She holds a B.Com in Taxation, an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Indore, and earned her Ph.D. in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) in July 2025. Further establishing her academic credentials, she successfully qualified the MP SET in Management in 2026. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Arihant College, Indore, Dr. Boyat plays a vital role in academic administration as the Course Coordinator for the MBA (Full-Time) and MBA (Marketing Management) programs. Her extensive teaching repertoire spans core institutional subjects, including Organizational Behaviour, Principles of Management, Financial Management, Microeconomics, and Business Environment. She has built a strong reputation for student mentorship, previously serving as a Teacher Guardian for 180 students at Sage University and regularly acting as an External Examiner for management programs across the region. Dr. Boyat has contributed multiple chapters to prestigious international volumes published by Routledge India and Taylor & Francis, exploring contemporary subjects like post-payment banking, tribal community education, and ethical leadership practices.
