Dr. Jigyasu Kumar is an accomplished HR professional and academic with over 16 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Organization Development (OD), and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) across leading Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) of India. He has served with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Steel, and began his career with Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. Presently, he is associated with Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited (PMRCL) and serves as a liaison with JICA on land acquisition and social impact assessment projects. Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and an MBA (HR) from Ranchi University. He has published extensively in ABDC, SCOPUS, and UGC-approved journals, authored books and book chapters, and presented papers at reputed national and international conferences. His research and teaching interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Employee Engagement, CSR, and HR Analytics.
