My journey in education started with a love for business. But a desire to help others led me to the classroom. Teaching was rewarding, and I saw the potential to impact more students by becoming an administrator.
University life opened a new chapter. As a professor, I shared my experience while guiding future educational leaders through their Master’s and Doctorate programs.
Research became my passion. I studied education not just from books, but also through projects that helped real schools. I even participated in research committees, sharing knowledge with colleagues across the province.
From business to teaching, then leading schools and guiding future leaders, each step built on the last. Today, I’m an educator, researcher, and leader, all focused on one goal: making education better for everyone.
