Dr. Jose F. Cuevas Jr. is a holder of a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice. Currently, he serves at Misamis University as the Dean in the College of Criminology and Program Head of Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Dr. Cuevas is also a Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) member in Region 10. For the last two years, he has published and co-authored qualitative studies with different criminology and criminal justice experts. In addition, as an academician, he is interested in the study of security, victimization, criminality, and other social phenomenon issues.
