Joyzy Pius Egunjobi, Ph.D., Dr.AD., a Nigerian American, is currently the Director at the Psycho-Spiritual Institute, Marist International University College, a constituent college of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, Kenya. He holds two Doctorate Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Addictive Disorders from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Kenya, and Breining Institute, CA, USA respectively. He also holds Master’s Degree in Counseling and Development and Theology (US Equiv.) from Lamar University, Beaumont, TX, USA, and Urban University, Rome respectively.
He is an adjunct lecturer at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Kenya, Marist International University College, Kenya, and AOSK ChemChemi Ya Uzima, Kenya. He is a consultant and a psycho-spiritual therapist at IHM Psycho-Spiritual Counseling Center, Kenya. He is also a Certified Addiction Specialist/Counselor in the State of California, USA. He authors over 30 books and has a passion for educating youths and adults.
His research area includes personal therapy, addiction, neuropsychology, parenting, marriage and family, and coronavirus.
