Julieta B. Gecain, a licensed educator, holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor in Development Education and is currently pursuing a Doctor in Education Major in Science Education. An Associate Professor III at Cebu Technological University, she has extensive teaching experience in science and education subjects. With a strong passion for research, she has received Outstanding Research & Development Awards in 2018 and 2021 for her innovative contributions.
