Dr. Charles Tardzenyuy Jumbam is a seasoned historian and educator with extensive academic and professional experience. He earned his Ph.D. in History from the University of Yaoundé I in 2013, following a series of qualifications including a B.A. and Maitrise in History. He has held various teaching roles, including Senior Lecturer at the University of Buea since 2021, and has contributed significantly to curriculum development. Dr. Jumbam’s research interests focus on the history of the Bamenda Grassfields, with notable publications in prominent journals. He is also an active member of curriculum revision for the Department of History and African Civilizations at the University of Buea.
