Dr Khatijah Othman is a lecturer in the field of Islamic Management, Human Resource, Wealth and Asset Management at the Faculty of Islamic Development Management, Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, Brunei Darussalam. Prior to this, she works at the Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. Her research focus is on Islamic Management, Knowledge Management, Sustainability, Training, Human Resources, Economic Development, Psycho-spiritual wellbeing and other related issues. She has written more than ten chapters in books and books, while more than 100 journal articles and proceedings.
