I work at the intersection of construction economics, urban design, and governance, specialising in Smart Living housing development and evidence-based feasibility modelling.

My research examines how economic structures, regulatory frameworks, and design decisions shape the social, spatial, and technological equity of cities. I am particularly interested in how policy translates into lived outcomes and how urban systems function not only in theory, but in people’s everyday lives.
