Dr. Kristine May D. Casibang is an accomplished language educator and instructional specialist currently serving as an Assistant Professor II at Pangasinan State University (PSU) in the Philippines. Deeply committed to pedagogical innovation, Dr. Casibang holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in English from Central Luzon State University, a Master of Arts in Education majoring in Communication Arts–English from PSU, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Language majoring in English from Benguet State University. Demonstrating a lifelong dedication to human development across all age spectrums, she is also pursuing a second master’s degree—a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education—at the Universidad de Dagupan. Her advanced scholarship focuses on technology-enhanced education, digital communication patterns, and innovative language acquisition models.
