Dr Kuh Valencia Paterno Associate Professor 4 is the Research Coordinator of the College of Education. She is a Journal Reviewer of 3 high indexed refereed publications- The American Journal in Multidisciplinary Research, Journal on Education, and Development Studies and Reseach on Educational Policy and Management. She received numerous research awards, engaged in international presentation and other research activities and Program. Her recent publications are:

She is former Instructional Materials Development Coordinator, and Culture and Arts Coordinator and Student Publication Adviser and Gender and Development Coordinator. As advocate for women, she is a the implementer of Project AGAPAY-Kaalaman, a MOA among LGU San Jose, PNP and PSU which prioritizes mothers, and women who are victims of violence to combat poverty and embrace lifelong learning as light of the family while considered vulnerable sectors of the society.
