Dr. Kwami H Quao is an academic in the field of Accounting and Finance. He lectures in Corporate Finance, having previously lectured in Management Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing and Financial Accounting. Prior to his academic pursuit, he has taught Accounting and Management Studies for more than 12 years, both in Ghana and South Africa. He authored Microfinance: Policy Formulation & Implementation Challenges. Dr. Quao is a fellow in higher education (FHEA), UK and a full member of South African Institute of Management (SAIM). His broad research area covers Management, Economics, Corporate Finance, Risk Management. Dr. Quao is a reviewer for two conferences (ICMBT & ICEME) and Journals (IJOES, APE, RE and RSIS).
