Dr. Ladi brings over 18 years’ combined classroom and industry experience in business management, transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, private equities, management consulting, and project management. He has local and cross-border experience in training and capacity building and in management consultancy and leading organisations. Dr. Ladi has supported over 50 SMEs and large companies through their take-off and growth journeys, with curating strategies and roadmaps for successful and sustainable businesses and able to bring experiential learning to the classroom. Dr. Ladi has a strong Board and executive management experience and currently supports a number of organisations to drive both corporate and project finance and investment readiness of the companies. Over the last 10 years, Dr. Ladi has delivered several classroom and virtual training/workshop sessions, including business strategy and visioning, performance management and developing high-performance teams, workplace soft skills, project management, corporate and project finance amongst others. He is also the lead facilitator on a 3-monthly virtual recurring corporate finance experiential programme for fresh graduates seeking career opportunities in corporate finance and business.
